South Africa has all the reasons to be upbeat before the second test at Modera Stadium, Ahmedabad. 

In the first test, they had no problem in facing the dual spin attack by Harbhajan and captain Kumble. Modera is notoriously well known for not supporting too much spin. Remember Kapil grabbing all the wickets in an innings.

Additionally, Sachin is injured and out of the game. Sachin's absence will provide a huge boost to their confidence.

For India, Virendra Shehwag is the only cricketer that could give tough time to SA, like he did in first test in Bangalore.
