India Bounces Back to Even the Series

April 14, 2008 by Kuldip

In a very surprising turn, India bounced back in the third and final Test to even the Cricket Test series with visitor South Africa. Playing  at Green stadium and Kanpur, India won by eight wickets on third day of the Test.

India had lost second Test in A'bad by an innings and 90 run -  a miserable loss to the visitors. With this win, the series stands at tie.

On third day of the  Test, it could have been anyone's win. India took advantage of the turning wicket to grab the victory.

Hats off to MS Dhoni who won in his debut Test as Captain.
