Asia Cup: India's impressive innings, Pakistan set to win

Indians playing first set an impressive target of 309 for Pakistan to chase. On the other hand, Pakistan seems to be set for achieving the target with their score of 205/2 in 31 overs. 104 in 19 overs with 8 wickets in hand seems to be cake walk for Pakistan, unless Indian bowlers some magic out.

India's imposing total was set up by an early onslaught by the openers, Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir. Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Rohit Sharma knuckled down to compose workmanlike half-centuries to arrest a sudden top-order jolt.

The pitch seems to be favoring batsman. It doesn't seem to have any support for bowlers. Sehwag looked set to repeat the performance of his previous game against Pakistan with a breathtaking assault in the Powerplays

meanwhile, let's keep our fingers crossed for the final results.
